Xiaomi has announced that its flagship Xiaomi 13 Ultra smartphone will be unveiled at a launch event on April 18 in China. The business has also declared that it will introduce the Xiaomi Band 8 smart band at the occasion. We got a glimpse of the device’s appearance via a teaser poster.
The Xiaomi Band 8 maintains its previous long, oval, pill-like design with a runway screen and a narrow frame. But there will be a range of strap options, including those made of various materials. The Band 8’s bracelet strap version will have narrower lugs than the wide one, giving it a sleeker appearance.
For the wide strap version, it currently appears that the Xiaomi Band 8 will come in three color options: black and white, green, and yellow. The bracelet models will also be in Rose Gold and Black in the interim. The Xiaomi Band 8 with model number M2239B1 has previously been certified. And while no additional details are mentioned in the teaser, it is likely to include Bluetooth 5.1 technology and a built-in DC 3.87V polymer lithium-ion battery. Xiaomi Band 7 Features
The 1.62-inch AMOLED touchscreen display on the Xiaomi Band 7 has a maximum brightness of 500nits, a pixel density of 326ppi, and a high resolution of 192 x 490 pixels. It can continuously display information and has more than 100 watch faces. The optical heart rate and blood oxygen sensor on this fitness tracker allow for continuous monitoring of heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, sleep, and female health.
It boasts 120 workout modes, including outdoor and indoor running, cycling, and more, and the ability to track steps and calories. The 180mAh battery in the Xiaomi Band 7 charges using its magnetic charger in about 2 hours and has a 15-day battery life. Its dimensions are 46.5 x 20.7 x 12.25mm, and its weight is only 13.5 grams. The band also has other features like notifications, music control, and camera shutter control.
