And up to 35 percent quicker graphics performance with the 10-core GPU, powers the recently unveiled iPad Pro. The chipset can perform 40% more operations per second than the M1 SoC, according to the manufacturer. A new media engine and image signal processor are also included. This enables support for the ProRes video capture function, which is also a first for an iPad. The tablet will be able to transcode ProRes film up to three times faster than in the past, and the business continues. For clear audio recording, it also has five studio-quality microphones.
