The device has a 6.8-inch 3D Curved FHD+ AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. It has a MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC that is capable of incredibly quick 180W charging. Infinix Zero Ultra Full Specification

Given that the Infinix costs well over $500, a better processor may have been used. OEMs are supplying premium Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoCs with a 4nm manufacturing node at this cost.

The gadget also has a Mali-G68 MC4 GPU, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of inbuilt storage. In terms of software, it uses Android 12 OS with XOS 12 from the manufacturer on top.
